N0. 11215 EXTETISION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF NANNIE SHERNIAN
On this the 9th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the extension of the monthly allow-
ante for PTannie Sherman for a period of six months, effective November 1, 1970.

OF EACH MONTH
On this the 9th day of Povember 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second-
ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Deputy District Clerk, Mary
Brooks, be paid on the 26th day of each month, on the basis of sworn statement by the
District Clerk.

-.TdG. 11217 GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS CAT~VASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 9th day of November 1970, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the General Election held on November 3, 1976.
And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Nineteen Election
Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns,
after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney
and unanimously approved by the Court that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume
5, Pages 113 through 120, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as certified
thereto by each member of the Court, are in all respects approved.

D?C. 11218 ORDER APPROVING PAYMEPTT OF GET?ERAL ELECTIGN OFFICERS AND RENT, ETC. FOR USE
OF BUILDIDTGS IN HOLDING GENERAL ELECTION NOV. 3, 1970
On this the 9th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
,,., seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of
Election Officials as per claims on file at '$2.00 per hour and the Presiding Judges ~G5.00
for bringing in returns of Election, including the Absentee Box and payment to various
places for the use of buildings, heat, lights, etc., in holding the General Election Nov.
3, 1970.

N0. 11219 TRANSFER OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 9th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $15,000.00 from the
General Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 11220 APPORTIONP'IENT OF $16,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD ADTD BRIDGE FUPTD
On this the 9th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,

County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $16,000.00 out of the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' precincts:
