On this the 12th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the bond of 0. N. Skipworth,
Public Weigher in and for Justice Precinct No. 1, Kerr County, Texas.

N0. 11223 ORDER AUTHORIZING VOUCHER IN THE AMOUNT OF X610.00 TO `1'HE COMMISSIONER OF ~.
AGRICULTURE
On this the 12th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second-
ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be
authorized to draw a Voucher out of the General Fund in the amount of X10.00, payable to
the Commissioner of Agriculture, for the Public Weigher.'s Certificate of Authority.

N0. 11224 TERMINATION OF COMPENSATION OF W. C. McDATdIEL AS PUBLIC WEIGHER, JUSTICE PRECINCT

On this the 12th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the compensation of W. C.
McDaniel as Public Weigher, Justice Precinct No. 1, be terminated, effective this date,
November 12, 1970, due to the qualification of his successor, 0. N. Skipworth.

On this the 12th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the compensation of 0. N.
Skipworth, Public Weigher, Justice Precinct No. 1, be set at „$2000.00 per annum, effective
November 12, 1970.

N0. 11226 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINAPTCES AND TABULAR STATEP'IENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPEPTDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUPITY
On this the 12th day of November 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarter-
ly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. rluenker, County Clerk, covering the indebted-
ness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning August 1, 1y70 and
ending October 31, 1970 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference ~.
and subject to audit.
