N. Skipworth, Public Weigher, Justice Precinct No. 1, be set at 52000.00 per annum, effective November 12, 1970. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11226 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY CLERK OF IPdDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY On this the 12th day of November 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarter- ly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Pluenker, County Clerk, covering the indebted- ness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning August 1, 19'70 and ending October 31, 1970 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct. Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference ,_ and subject to audit. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11227 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER On this the 12th day of November 1970, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners' ~5 Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. NI. McDonald, County Treasurer of said County for the period beginning on the 1st day of August 1970 and ending on the 31st day of October 1970, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct. And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order. IRVING AND ~;JIFE, WILLIE NIAE IRVING, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 480 On this the 12th day of November 1y70, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered E. R. Irving and wife, Willie Mae Irving, as consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of two tracts of land required for right-of-way for the reconstruction and widening of F. M. Road 480, together with their granting of one Channel Easement additionally required, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay E. R. Irving and wife, Willie Mae Irving, the following sums for land and damages as consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas the parcels of right-of-way concerned: 1. For the conveyance of 2.642 acres of land out of Survey 47, together with the granting of a Channel Easement comprising 0.092 acres out of the same Survey, the sum of $1,367.00. 2. For the conveyance of 0.372 acres of land out of Survey 46, the sum of $158.10. And in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will construct 1548 feet of new livestock £encing along the right-of-way line of the two parcels conveyed, which fencing shall consist of 39 inch net wire with one barbed wire on top and pressure treated creosoted posts with 7 inch or better tops set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between; And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 480 ROW Fund in the amount of $1,367.00, and an additional voucher on the same fund in the amount of ~C158.10, each payable to E. R.
