Wilson be appoir_ted Justice of the Peace to the unexpired term of Justice of the Peace Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, effective December 1, 1970, to serve until January 1, 1971 and until a successor may qualify. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11231 APPROVAL OF BOND OF ROBERT I. ONE On this the 30th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the salary of Robert I. Wilson as Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 1 at X3600.00 per annum, effective December 1, 1970, subject to his qualifying on that date. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11233 TERMINATION OF ALLOWANCE OF STONEY ARMSTRONG On this the 30th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second- ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the allowance for Stoney Armstrong be terminated, retroactive to November 1, 1970. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 11234 ORDER AUTHORIZING IPTVESTMEPTT OF SURPLUS FUNDS OUT OF KF.ItR COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL M.AINTEDTANCE FUND IN U. S. TREASURY BILLS On this the 30th day of November 1970, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of investing certain surplus funds currently on deposit in the Kerr County Flood Control Maintenance Fund; and It appearing to the Court that investment of such funds in United States Treasury Bills would be advantageous and desirable, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the official depository of Kerr County, be authorized to purchase U. S. Treasury Bills of the longest available term and with a maturity value of `,6'55,000.00 for Kerr County and to hold the same in safekeeping; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Flood Control Maintenance Fund in the necessary amount to purchase the Treasury Bills as aforesaid, doing so when advised by the Chas.
