On this the 30th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Bill SpivEy
in the amount of X195.00 for 110 yds. base material C~ 50¢ per yard and 70 yards of topping
rock C 2.00 per yard, payable out of R&B #3 Fund, and the Clerk and Treasurer is hereby
authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to Bill Spivey.

On this the 14th day of December 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of November of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should Pse approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone , :,econded by Commis-
