On this the 30th day of November 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Bill Spivey
in the amount of $195.00 for 110 yds. base material C~ 50¢ per yard and 70 yards of topping
rock ~ 2.00 per ,yard, payable out of R&B #3 Fund, and the Clerk and Treasurer is hereby
authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to Bill Spivey.
