Bid price to include trade-in allowance for one 1968 Ford four door sedan less radio
and other special police equipment.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o`clock A.M., January 11, 1971, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Notices to be published December 16th and 23, 1970, in the official newspaper of Kerr
County, Texas.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

On this the 14th day of December 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second-
ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the Kerr County Livestock
Show Association be granted use of the Kerr County Agriculture Building and surrounding area,
January 17, 18 and 19, 1971, at no charge other than clean-up.
