On this the 14th day of December 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the audit of the office of
Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 1, Raymond Orr, covering the period of January 1, 1970
through November 30, 1970 and that he be authorized and directed to pay over the sum of
51932.45 to his successor, Robert I. Wilson, who is herewith directed and ordered to accept
same.

On this the 14th day of December 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the annual payment to Sid
Peterson Memorial Hospital in the amount of $2500.00, drawn on the General Fund, toward the
care of indigent patients for the year 1970.

DEPARTMENT
On this the 14th day of December 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second-
ed by Commissioner Stone, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge ,.
be authorized to advertise for bids for one 1971 four door sedan for the Kerr County
Sheriff's Department.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk.
Bid price to include trade-in allowance for one 1968 Ford four door sedan less radio
and other special police equipment.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M., January 11, 1971, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Notices to be published December 16th and 23, 1970, in the official newspaper of Kerr
County, Texas.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

On this the 14th day of December 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second-
ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the Kerr County Livestock
Show Association be granted use of the Kerr County Agriculture Building and surrounding area,
January 17, 18 and 19, 1971, at no charge other than clean-up.
