Burney Adolph Bartel Roger Stone County Judge Commissioner Precinct 1 Cor~unissioner Precinct 2 Commissioner Precinct 3 Commissioner Precinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: TdC. 11249 APPROVAL OP CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 31st day of December 1870, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 2, General and 0£ficers Salary Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1374 thru 1375, Voucher Nos. 2804E thru 28066, which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimous- ly approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11250 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF KERRVILLE SOUTH RANCHES N0. 2 On this the 31st day of December 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Kerrville South Ranches No. Two, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11251 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF GLEN OAKS N0.
