NC. 11249 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the ilst day of December 1970, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 2, General and Officers Salary Funds,
as shown in the Plinutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1374 tYiru 1375, Voucher Nos. 28046
thru 28006, whicY! were made a part hereof and of this order.
P4otion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.

PTO. 11250 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF KERRVILLE SOUTH RAPSCHES N0. 2
On this the 31st day of December 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Kerrville South
Ranches No. Two, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be
assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

On this the 31st day of December 1970, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Glen Oaks No.
Two, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by
Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

On this the 31st day of December, 1970, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of compensation to be paid Miriam Goforth Brown, individually and as
surviving widow of Mason Cooper Brown, deceased, together with Mason Cooper Brown, Jr., and
Carolyn Brown Wiley (the aforesaid persons constituting the sole heirs at law of Mason
