NI. Road 480; and after due considera- tion, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the aforesaid Miriam Goforth Brown, Mason Cooper Brown, Jr., and Carolyn Brown Wiley the sum of X2,410.03 for land and damages as consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of the aforesaid parcel of right-of-way comprising 5.585 acres of land out of Survey No. 47, B.B.B. & C.R.R. Co., together with their granting a channel easement comprising 0.088 acres out of the same survey; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will provide the following: 1. Kerr County will construct approximately 3,420 feet of new livestock fencing along the new right-of-way line which fencing shall consist of 39 inch net wire with one barbed wire on top and pressure treated creosoted posts with 7 inch or better tops set 25 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between. 2. Kerr County will install a total of four 1~+ foot steel gates to replace the 3 gates presently opening onto F. M. Road 480 and the 1 gate at the south end o.f the field which opens into the adjacent pasture. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 480 ROW Fund in the amount of X2,410.03 payable to Pliriam Goforth Brown, Mason Cooper Brown, Jr., and Carolyn Brown Wiley, which voucher shall be delivered upon receipt of the properly executed Right-of-Way Deed and Channel Easement executed by Miriam Goforth Brown, individually and as surviving widow of Mason Cooper Brown, deceased; Mason Cooper Brown, Jr., and wife, Barbara L. Brown; and Carolyn Brown Wiley and husband David R.
