Offer to Richard Flack and Wife, Laura F1ach, for
Right-of-Way for C2uinlan Creek Bridge Reconstruc-
tion on F, M, Road 1341
On this the 13th day of April, 1970, came on to be heard and con-
sidered by the Court the natter of compensation to be offered Richard
Flack and wife, Lauri F1ach, for their conveyance to the State of Texas
cf 0, 3o acres of land out of Survey 115, Thomas Hand, which land is re-
`~ quired for right-of-way to permit the reconstruction of the Quinlan Creek
'" Bridge on F, M, Rcad 1341; aad after due consideration by the Court, it
is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel ,
se~anded by Commissioner etone and unanimously approved
by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Richard Flack and wife,
-. - Laura Flack, the sum of $750, 00 as compensation for land and damages
•' for their conveyance to the State of Texas of Lhe 0. 3b acres of land as
aforesaid; and in addition to the foz•egoing cash consideration, Kerr County
will reconstruct the owners' '_ive~tock fence to present standards or better
along the new right-of-way line; and it is further ordered that the Clerk
and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of
$750, 00 on the F, M, and Lateral Road Fund payable to Richard Flack and
wife, Laura Flack, the said voucher to be delivered upon receipt of their
properly executed Right-of-Way Deed.
