Offer to Sophie Mary Furma:= and I-Iusband, W, A, Furman,
for Channel Easement on F. M, Road 1341 at Golf Avenue
On this the 13th day of April, 1970, carne on to be heard and consider-
ed by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Sophie Mary Furman
and husband, W, A, Furman, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a
Channel Easement comprising 0, 074 acres of land out of Survey No, 115,
Thomas Hand, which Channel Easement is required for the reconstruction of
--the approaches to the Quinlan Creek bridge on F, M, Road 1341, and after
due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
B3rte1 seconded by Commissioner SChwethela;
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay
lSophie Mary Furman and husbemd, W, A, Furn~aan, the sum of $25, 00 as com-
` pensation for their granting to the State of Texas of the Channel Easement
comprising 0, 074 acres as aforesaid;
_, And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be autho-
rized to draw a voucher in the amount of $25, 00 on the F. M, and Lateral
Road Fund payable to Sophie Mar}r Furman and husband, W, A, Furman,
the said voucher to be delivered upon receipt of their properly executed
Channel Easement,
