On this the 29th day of June, 1970, at a special meeting of
the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, after lawful and
timely notice first being duly made and given, with a quorum
present,. came on to be considered by the Commissioners' Court of
Kerr County, Texas, at a special term of such Court, the matter
of the appointment of members of the Kerrville-Kerr County Municipal
Airport Board of Adjustment to exercise the powers authorized such
board by the provisions of the Airport Zoning Act (Articles 46e-1
to 46e-15, inclusive, V.A.C.S.) and Acts amendatory thereof or
supplementary thereto, and it .appearing to the Court that on the
29th day of July, A.D. 1969, the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Muni-
cipal Airport Boning Board adopted Order No. 1 creating such Board
of Adjustment,. and it further appearing to the Court that the
appointment of the members to such Board of Adjustment is in the
public interest of this County;
IT IS ACCORDINGLY ORDERED and there is hereby appointed to
the Kerrville-Kerr County Municipal Airport Board of Adjustment
the following members which .said members as said Board of Adjustment
shall have and exercise the powers and duties prescribed in the
Airport. Zoning Act (Articles 46e-1 to 46e-15, inclusive, V.A.C.S.)
and Acts amendatory thereof or supplementary thereto, which said
members are as follows:
