Order No. '; 3i~ Order Declaring Result of Election to Create The Kerr County Airport Authority and Declaring the Authority to Have Been Created THE STATE OF TEXAS X COUNTY OF KERR X On this the 22nd day of May, 1970, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, convened in Special Session, due notice of such Special Session having been heretofore posted by the County Glerlc of Kerr County for more than three days, with the Following members present at the Court's regular meeting place at the Kerr County Courthouse, to-~vit: Julius R. Neunhoffer, County Judge; W. C. Schwethelin, Commissioner, Precinct No. l; Clinton D. Burney, Commissioner, Precinct No. 2; Adolph Bartel, Commissioner, Precinct No. 3; and Roger Stone, Goinmissioner, Precinct No. 4, and the following absent: None, constituting a quorum, and among other proceedings had by the Court were the following: There came on to be considered the returns of an election held on the 16th day of May, 197, on the proposition of creating The Kerr County Airport Authority as provided in the order heretofore entered by the Court on the 17th day of April, 1970, calling said election, and it appearing from said returns duly and legally made, that there were cast at said election 2572 valid and legal votes, of which number there were cast: For the creation of The Kerr County Airport Authority com- posed of the area within Kerr County, Texas x,457 votes. Against the creation of The Kerr County Airport Authority com- posed of the area within Kerr County, Texas ;Ijj votes. IT IS, THEREFORE, FOUND AND DECLARED, AND SO ORDERED by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, that a majority of the resi- dent qualified taxpaying voters of Kerr County, Texas, who are owners of taxable property which has been duly rendered for taxation upon the tax rolls of Kerr County, voting at said election voted for the creation of The Kerr Comity Air- port Authority;therefore, this Court does hereby declare The Kerr County Air- port Aurthority to have been created pursuant to the provisions of Acts of 1967, 60th Legislature, Regular Session, Chapter 393. The above order having been read in full it was moved by Commissioner SCFlvlethel[n and seconded by Commissioner Bux-ney that the same do pass. Thereupon, the question being called for, the following members of the Court voted AYE: Julius R. Neunhoffer, W. C. Schwethelm, Clinton D.
