On this the 13th day of April 19 74 ,the Commissioners' Court of
County, Texas, convened in regular a session
with the following members present, to-wit:

and the following absent: none , constituting a quorum and among other proceedings
had by said Court was the following:
There came on to be considered the returns of an election held on the 4th a day of Anvil
19 7 ~ , on the proposition of maintenance tax as provided in the order calling said election, and it appearing
from said returns, duly and legally made, that there were cast at said election ._15 --e valid and
legal votes, of which number there were cast:

IT IS THEREFORE FOUND AND DECLARED, AND SO ORDERED, by the Commissioners' Court of
Kerr _ _ County, Texas, that a majority of the resident qualified property
taxpaying voters who owned taxable property in _ Divide Common School District
No. l2 ,and who had duly rendered the same for taxation, voting at said election voted in favor~f __ t
said maintenance tax, and that, therefore, this Court is _g authorized to assess, levy and collect said
maintenance tax.
The above order being read, it was moved and seconded that same do pass. Thereupon, the question being
