Order Amending Order No. 11, 247 Offer to Henry Wellborn
and Wife, Helen Wellborn, for Might-of-Way for F. M, Road 480
On this the 10th day of May, 1971 came on to be heard and considered
by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 11, 247 entered by the Court on
the 14th day of December, 1970 and recorded in Vol. N, Page 189 of the Minutes
of the Court;
And it appearing to the Court after further consideration of the damages
which will result from the construction of the new roadway that the compensa-
tion originally offered Henry Wellborn and wife, Helen Wellborn, for the land
and damages resulting from their conveyance of the required right-of-way
'thr°ough their property should be adjusted;
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner ~~ ,
secİnded by Commissioner ',~,_,',`_,r~ and unanimously approved by the
Court that the said Order No. 11, 247 be amended to read that Kerr County

will pay Henry Wellborn and wife, Helen Wellborn, the sum of $7, 500. 00 as
consideration for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas
of the 5. 158 acres of right-of-way concerned;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the F. M, 480 ROW Fund in the amount of $7, 500. 00,
payable to Henry Wellborn and wife, Helen Wellborn, which voucher shall be
delivered upon receipt of their properly executed Right-of-Way Deed.
