Order Amending Order No. 11, 254, Offer to Miriam
Goforth Brown, Mason Cooper Brown, Jr. , and Caro-
lyn Brown Wiley for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 480
Ori this the 22nd day of January, 1971, came on to be heard and con-
sidered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 11, 254 entered by
the Court on the 31st day of December, 1970, wherein Kerr County did
offer Miriam Goforth Brown, Mason Cooper Brown, Jr, , and Carolyn
Brown Wiley the sum of $2, 410. 03 for their conveyance of certain right-of-
way for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 480 as is more ,particularly set
forth in said order; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner _~_, ®~~ ,e,,, seconded by Commis-
sioner ~~ _~ and unanimously approved by the Court that the
said Order No. 11,254 be amended so that Kerr County shall offer the sum
of $3, 000.00 total cash consideration for land and damages for the grant-
ing of the right-of-way and channel easement as therein set forth, with
fencing and gates to be provided by Kerr County as set forth in its original
Order No. 11, 254;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the F. 1~2. 480 ROW Fund in the amount
of $3, 000. 00 payable to Miriam Goforth Brown, Mason Cooper Brown, Jr. ,
and Carolyn Brown Wiley for delivery upon the receipt of their duly exe-
cuted Right-of-Way Deed and Channel Easement as set forth in Order No.
11, 254.
