Order Amending Order No. 11, 290, Offer to John
Lapham for Right-of-Way for F. M. Road 480
On this the 22nd day of February, 1971, came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 11290
entered by the Court on the 8th day of February, 1971 and recorded
in Vol. ~T, Page 203 of the Minutes of the Court; and after due con-
sideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court
that so much of the first paragraph of the said Order No. 11290 as
reads: "Kerr County hereby offers t:o pay John Lapham the sum of
$6, 500. 00 for land, damages and severance damages" be deleted, and
the following language substituted therefor; "Kerr County hereby
offers to pay John Lapham the total sum of $6, 500 for land, damages
and severance damages ($3, 817. 20 being for the land and $2, 682. 80
being for damages and severance damages)".
