On this the 1st day of January 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk for authority to deputize the following persons.
It appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said deputies and that her
application should be approved: therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be
authorized to deputize the following appointments to date from January 1st, 1971 and to
continue in force until revoked or otherwise be terminated.

by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the County Clerk's Public Employees
Blanket Bond.

N0. 11260 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF MRS. E. P'I. McDONALD, COUNTY TREASURER FOR DEPUTY
On this the 7st day of January 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the application of Mrs. E.
M. McDonald, County Treasurer, for authority to deputize Agnes MacDonald as Deputy to the
County Treasurer. It appearing to the Court that a need exists for said Deputy and that
Agnes MacDonald is hereby appointed Deputy to the County Treasurer to date from January
1st, 1971 and to continue in force until revoked or otherwise be terminated.

On this the 1st da,y of January 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the application of Ed Hones,
District Clerk, for authority to deputize Mary Brooks as Deputy District Clerk. It appear-
ing to the Court that a need exits for said Deputy and that Mary Brooks is hereby appoint-
ed Deputy District Clerk to date from January 1st, 1971 and to continue in force until
revoked or otherwise be terminated.

On this the 1st day of January 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Dr. Theodore R. Boyce be
appointed County Health Offioer for a two ,year term, effective January 1, 1971.
