by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the application of Mrs. E.
M. McDonald, County Treasurer, for authority to deputize Agnes MacDonald as Deouty to the
County Treasurer. It appearing to the Court that a need exists for said Deputy and that
Agnes MacDonald is hereby appointed Deputy to the County Treasurer to date from January
1st, 1971 and to continue in force until revoked or otherwise be terminated.
