N0. 11265 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF FETERSCN AUTO COMPANY FOR ONE 1971 AUTOMOBILE FOR KERR
COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 11th day of January 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the sealed
bids for one 1971 i'iodel four door sedan for the Sheriff's Department, as per specifications
on file in the County Clerk's office.
Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is
found that the bid of Peterson Auto Company, in the amount of X2592.00, which is the total
difference to be paid by the Sheriff's Department between the new unit and the 1968 Ford
four door sedan, be accepted as the lowest .and best bid.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11266 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 11th day of January 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
_ the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General Road and
Bridge, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury and Permanent Improvernent and
Kerr County Public Library Funds, as shown in the P-linutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1377
---- thru 1380 Voucher Pdos. 28086 thru 28215 , which were made a part hereof and of
this order.

N0. 11267 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COU2dTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUT?TY APPROVED
On this the 11th day of January 1y71, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of December of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
,._, and should he approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously app^oved that the submitted .repo rte be accepted
and filed ~,vith the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
