Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remain- ing in her hands for the period ---- from July 1, 1970, leaving a balance of 35112.27 on de osit in said Trust Fund, for the period endin December 31, 1970. NG. 1127G ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFI~'ICIALS ON SAL,IRY BASIS On this the 11th day of January 1`371, at a Regular Term o£ the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there care on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1971, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1971. Upon motion duly made by Commi:;sinner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and un- animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1971.
