ly Report of all monies and fees collected by Emrlie P•T. T~?uenker, County Clerk, belonging
to officers, witnesses ~rnd other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the
parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st dsy of December 1970 and held on
deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of 35112.27.
Also ~Tuarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received
and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of 33960.50.
It appearing to the Court that said reports sre in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Cor!rmissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

On this the 11th day of January 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disburserr.errts of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remain-
ing in her hands for the period ---- from July 1, 1970, leaving a balance of 35112.27
on de osit in said Trust Fund, for the period endin December 31, 1970. It appearing to
the Court that said report is in due form and shoul~ be approved. Motion made by Commis-
sioner Stone, seconded by Commiss~.o~re~ ~a~t~loa~rdou~ranimously approved by the Court.
NG. 1127G ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFI~'ICIALS ON SAL,IRY BASIS
On this the 11th day of January 1`371, at a Regular Term o£ the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there care on for consideration the matter of compensation
of various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1971, as provided for in
Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County
has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census
and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr
County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1971.
Upon motion duly made by Commi:;sinner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and un-
animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County
be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1971.
It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified
copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas.
