Gn this the 11th day of January 1971, Dame on to be examined by the Court the Quarter-
ly Report of all monies and fees collected by Emriie P1. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging
to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the
parties entitled thereto, fo.r the period ending the 31st day of Decen?ber 1970 and held on
deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of X5112.27.
Also ;quarterly Report of Flnes Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received
and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of ;3g60.5C.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schv.'ethelm, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

On this the ll.th day of January 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disbursements o£ the County Clerk Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remain-
ing in her hands for the period ---- from July 1, 1970, leaving a balance of ;5112.27
on de osit ir_ said Trust Fund, for the period endin December 31, 1970. It appearing to
the Cpourt that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion made by Commis-
sioner Stone, seconded by Commiss~.o~e~ ~a~^t~loa~dou~animously approved by the Court.
N0. 11270 GRDER SETTING COUNTY OF1ICIALS OII SAL.IRY BASIS
On this the 11th day of January 1971, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there cane on for consideration the matter of compensation
of various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, £or the year 1971, as provided for in
Article 3g12e, Section 2, R,C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County
has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census
and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr
County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1971.
Upon moticn duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and un-
animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the Co~,urty Officials of Kerr County
be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1871.
It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified
copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas.
