Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remain- ing in her hands for the period ---- from July 1, 1970, leaving a balance of ,5112.27 on de osit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending December 31, 1970. NG. 1127G ORDER SETTING COUNTY OF1~'ICIAliS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 11th day of January 1')71, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there cane on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1971, as provided for in Article 3g12e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1971. Upon rnotinn duly made by Commi^sioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and un- animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1971. It appearing to the Court
