ly Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie NI. P3uenker, County Clerk, belonging
to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for b;r the
parties entitled thereto, fo:^ the period ending the 31st day of Decer,~ber 1970 and held on
deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of i~5112.27.
Also quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received
and collected in the County Corzrt by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of a396C.50.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartol, seconded by Commissioner Scho.~ethelm, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

On this the 11th day of January 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remain-
ing in her hands for the period ---- from July 1, 1970, leaving a balance of ;5112.27
on de osit in said Trust Fund, for the period endin December 31, 1970. It appearing to
the Cpourt that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion made by Commis-
sioner Stone, seconded by Commiss~.o~e~ ~a~t~loa~rdou~ranimously approved by the Court.
NG. 11270 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFi~'ICIALS ON SAL,I~RY BASIS
On this the 11th day o£ January 1971, at a Regular Tcrm o£ the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there caT~e on for consideration the matter of compensation
of various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1y71, as provided for in
Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County
has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census
and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr
County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1971.
Upon motion duly maade by Ccmmiz;sioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and un-
animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County
be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1971.
It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified
copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas.

DTO. 11271 ORDER SETTING PRECIPTCT OFFICIALS ON A SALARY BASIS
On this the 11th day of January 1971, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation
for the Precinct Officials of the various precincts of Kerr County for the year 1971 as
provided for in Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texas. It appearing to the Court

that the interests of the County would be best served if the Precinct Gfficials of Kerr
'~ County are psid on a salary basis for the year 1971;
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and un-
animously approved by the Court, that the Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on
a salary basis for the year 1971, as provided by law.
It is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this
order and send same to the State Comptroller of Public Accorznts in Austin, Texas.

N0. 11273 0?ZDER SETTING PAY OF GR_4ND JURORS, PETIT JURORS ADTD SPECIAL VENIREMEN IN DISTRICT
COURT AND OF JURORS IN COUNTY COURT
On this the 11th day of January 1971, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen
in the District Cmtrt of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Court of Kerr County as
is required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernons Civil Statutes, Article 1056 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure and Article 35.24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and
after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court, that the compensation to be paid
during the year 1971 and until further orders of the Court to all Grand Jurors and Petit
Jurors and Special Veniremen shall be fixed at °65 .CC per day, including those summoned but
^ excused, provided however, that those County and District Court Petit Jurors and Grand
Jurors actually impaneled and sworn, shall be paid ~C7.50 per day, with such compensation
to be paid out of the Jury Fund of Kerr County.

On this the 11th day of January 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the day
and dates to be fixed by the Court as legal holidays for the year 1971, also that the Court-
house shall be closed on those days and the Court is of the opinion that the following days
