NG. 11270 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFi~'ICIALS ON SAL,I~RY BASIS On this the 11th day o£ January 1971, at a Regular Tcrm o£ the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there caT~e on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1y71, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1971. Upon motion duly maade by Ccmmiz;sioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and un- animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1971. It appearing to the Court ~~ that the interests of the County would be best served if the Precinct Gfficials of Kerr '~ County are psid on a salary basis for the year 1971; Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and un- animously approved by the Court, that the Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis for the year 1971, as provided by law.
