N0. 11275 EMPLOYMENT OF ACCOUNTING FIRM OF PRESSLER. THOMPSON AND CCMPAPTY TO AUDIT COUNTY
BOOKS FOR 1970
On this the 11th day of January 1971, came on io be considered by the Court the matter
of employing the firm of Pressler, Thompson and Company to make audit of the books of the
County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, for the calendar year 1970.
It is ordered on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner
Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court.

DIO. 11276 ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF COUNTY DEPOSITORY FOR TWO YEAR PERIOD
On this the 11th day of January 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the
necessity to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing years,
as per Article 2544, Vernon's Texas Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that such
notice should be in compliance with Article 2544 V.T.S. to enter into a contract with any
banking corporation, association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository
Trust
of the County Funds, County and District Court/Funds, and County Public School Funds of
said County in any bank; therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded ^
by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be,
and is hereby directed to issue such notice of publication in the official newspaper of
Kerr County located within the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, within twenty days
before the Regular February Term, to comply with said Article 2544, V. T. S.

N0. 11277 APPORTIONMENT OF :'8,000.00 FROM R0.4D .1ND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 11th day of January 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of X8,000.00 out of the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Cornmissiuners' precincts:

On this the 11th day of January 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, secund-
ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of X20,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.
