ROAD 480 On this the 22nd day of January, 1y71, carne on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 1].,254 entered by the Court on the 31st day of December, 1970, wherein Kerr County did offer Dliriam Goforth Brown, Mason Cooper Brown, Jr., and Carolyn Brown Wiley the sum of x62,410.03 for their conveyance of certain right-of-way for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 480 as is more particularly set forth in said order; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that the said Order No. 11,254 be amended so that Kerr County shall offer the sum of X3,000.00 total cash consideration for land and damages for the granting of the right-of-way and channel ease- ment as therein set forth, with fencing and gates to be provided by Kerr County as set forth in its original Order No. 11,254; And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 480 RO'.V Fund in the amount of 663,000.OC payable to Miriam Goforth Brown, Mason Cooper Brown, Jr., and Carolyn Brown Wiley for delivery upon the receipt of their duly executed Right-of-Way Deed and Channel Easement as set forth in Order No. 11,254. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11283 APPROVAL OF PAYI~IEP7T OF CLAIM TO R. N. WELCH On this the 22nd day of January 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second- ed by Commissioner Sallee, ttre Court unanimously approved payment of the claim of R. DT. 4Jelch, in the amount of X420.00 for 3000 stays 0'. 14¢ each and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 480 R/W Fund in the amount of c420.00, payable to R. PT.
