SCHREINER BANK SELECTED AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY On this the 8th day of February 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the bid of the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, offering its service as Depository for County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds for the ensuing two years, and without payment of interest on daily balance and without service charge to Kerr County, Texas. It appearing to the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas is duly qualified to serve as such Depository, and that no other bids have been submitted to the Court, following duly published notice as required by law. Upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, the bid of Chas. Schreiner Bank was ordered and said Bank was selected as Depository of all County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds for the next two ensuing years and said Bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds or deposit sufficient securities as required by law, in the necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in the proper form prescribed by law and submit same, together with copies of said depository contracts to this Court for approval. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NU. 11285 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 8th day of February 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Public Library, Permanent Improvement and Jury Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1385 thru 1388 , Voucher Nos. 28303 thru 28447 , which were made a part hereof and of this order. M. ROAD 480 On this the 8th day of February, 1971, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid John Lapham as consideration for his conveyance to the State of Texas of two parcels of land required for the reconstruction and partial re- location of F. M. Road 480, together with his granting of one channel easement additionally required; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County here- by offers to pay John Lapham the sum of 36,500.00 for land, damages and severance damages as consideration for his conveyance to the State of Texas of two parcels of right-of-way comprising 12.724 acres out of Surveys 596, 58, 641 and 104, together with his granting of a channel easement comprising 0.370 acres out of Surveys 641 and 104; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will provide the following: 1. Kerr County will construct approximately 8,300 feet of new livestock fencing along the right-of-way lines of the two parcels conveyed, which fencing shall consist of 39 inch net wire with one barbed or smooth cable wire on top and pressure treated creosoted posts with
