M. ROAD 480 On this the 8th day of February, 1971, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid John Lapham as consideration for his conveyance to the State of Texas of two parcels of land required for the reconstruction and partial re- location of F. M. Road 480, together with his granting of one channel easement additionally required; and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County here- by offers to pay John Lapham the sum of $6,500.00 for land, damages and severance damages as consideration for his conveyance to the State of Texas of two parcels of right-of-way comprising 12.724 acres out of Surveys 596, 58, 641 and 104, together with his granting of a channel easement comprising 0.370 acres out of Surveys 641 and 104; and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will provide the following: 1. Kerr County will construct approximately 8,300 feet of new livestock fencing along the right-of-way lines of the two parcels conveyed, which fencing shall consist of 39 inch net wire with one barbed or smooth cable wire on top and pressure treated creosoted posts with
