N0. 11295 APPORTIONMENT OF $8,000.00 FROM ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 8th day of February 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $8,000.00 out of the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' precincts:
Road	&	Bridge	No.	1 ---	--- $2,400.00
Road	&	Bridge	No.	2 ---	--- $1,600.00
Road	&	Bridge	No.	3 ---	--- $1,600.00
Road	&	Bridge	No.	4 ---	--- $2,400.00

ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 195 thru 201, Volume N.

COURT RECONVENED FEBRUARY 9, 1971 at 10:00 o'clock A.M. with all members present
and the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11297 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERY. OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 9th day of February 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarter-
ly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebted-
ness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the Quarter beginning November 1, 1970
and ending January 31, 1971 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court
and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.

N0. 11298 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPURT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 9th day of February 1971, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1970 and ending on the
31st day of January 1971 and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and
found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.
