COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION FEBRUARY 22, 1971 at 11:45 o'clock A.M., with
the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11299 ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 11290, OFFER TO JOHN LAPHAM FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M.
ROAD 480
On this the 22nd day of February, 1971, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of amending Order No. 11290 entered by the Court on the 8th day of February,
1971 and recorded in Vol. N , Page 203 of the Minutes of the Court; and after due considera-
tion, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm
and unanimously approved by the Court that so much of the first paragraph of the said Order
No. 11290 as reads: "Kerr County hereby offers to pay John Lapham the sum of $6,500.00 for
land, damages and severance damages" be deleted, and the following language substituted
therefor: "Kerr County hereby offers to pay John Lapham the total sum of $6,500 for land,
damages and severance damages ($3,817.20 being for the land and $2,682.80 being for damages
and severance damages)".

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11300 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF OAK HILLS WRST SUBDIVISION
On this the 2nd day of March 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Oak Hills West
Subdivision.

N0. 11301 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF INDIAN SPRINGS RANCH ESTATES
On this the 2nd day of March 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Indian Springs
Ranch Estates, provided, however, that with the exception of the preexisting County Road-
way designated as "Fisher Road", all other roadways delineated on the said Plat shall not
be regarded as being public roadways, this being in accord with the development plans of
the owner of the property concerned.
