COUNTY OF KERR ~ BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 8th
day of March 1971 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of the
Commissioners` Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened,	the following	proceedings were had:
NU. 11302 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th day of March 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General Road &
Bridge, Lateral Road 4, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library and Kerr County Library
r.. Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1391 thru 1394, Voucher Nos.
28541 thru 28684 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11303 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 8th day of March 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of February of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the
same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and
correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

DISTRICT COURT FUNDS AND COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL FUNDS
Un this the 8th day of March 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the contracts submitted by Chas.
Schreiner Bank for all County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County
Public School Funds for the next ensuing two years.

N0. 11305 ORDER APPROVING APPLICATION OF JUANITA REEVES, TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR, FOR
AUTHORITY TO DEPUTIZE JEWELL SMITH AS DEPUTY TAX-ASSESSOR COLLECTOR

On this the 8th day of March 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize
Jewell Smith as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said
officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore
