COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION MARCH 19, 1971 at 9:40 o'clock A.M., with the
following officers present:
Julius R. Neunhoffer County Judge
Clinton M. Sallee Commissioner Precinct No. 2
Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11311 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUNNY ACRES
On this the 19th day of Mareh 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Sunny Acres, subject to
the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County
until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

On this the 25th day of March 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Tamanaco
Estates, nunc pro tunc, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways
will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said main-
tenance.
