day of April 1971 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of the
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

N0. 11314 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of April 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers
Salary, County Law Library and Kerr County Public Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes
of Accounts Allowed from pagel397 thru 1400, Voucher Nos. 28778thru 28910 , which were
made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.

N0. 11315 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PREOINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 12th day of April 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of March of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion oŁ Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and
filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 11316 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 12th day of April 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the ~~uarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March 1971 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in tre amount of $1697.15.
Also quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received
and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said L`ourt, in the amount of $3590.50.

It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;

therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, tc be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 11317 EXTENSION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF NANNIE SHERMAN
On tY_is the 12th day of April 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance of Nannie
Sherman be extended for a period of six months, effective May 1, 1971.

DTO. 11318 ORDER DESIGNATING CHAS. SCHREIATER BANK AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY
On this the 12th day of April 1y71, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of designating the official Depository of Kerr County, and it appearing to the
Court that the Depository Pledge Contracts submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank covering
deposits of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds
which have heretofore beers approved by the Court pursuant to Order No. 11304, entered on
the 8th day of March 1971, have now been duly approved by the State Comptroller and by the
Texas Education Agency, it is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank
be and is hereby designated as the official Depository of Kerr County far a two year period,
for the purpose of being the depository for County Funds, County and District Court Trust
Funds and County School Funds, and it is further Ordered that the County Clerk of Kerr
County record such depository pledge contracts as required by law, and that the Clerk
deliver all extra copies of said contracts, together with a copy of the order to the said
Chas. Schreiner Bank.

N0. 11319 ORDER CANCELLING VOUCHER N0. 27854 AND AUTHORIZATION FOR ISSUANCE OF REPLACEMENT
On this the 12tYi day of April 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that Treasury Voucher No.
27854, in the amount of $5.74 issued December 14, 1970 to Mobil Oil Corporation, mailed but
not received as of March 9, 1971, be cancelled and that replacement be issued.

N0. 11320 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 12th da,y of April 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 11321 APPORTIONMENT OF $16,000.00 FROM ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 12th day of April 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be and are hereby directed to apportion the sum oŁ $16,000.00 out oŁ the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:
