Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March 1971 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in tre amount of $1697.15. Also quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said L`ourt, in the amount of $3590.50. .... SCHREIATER BANK AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY On this the 12th day of April 1y71, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of designating the official Depository of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the Depository Pledge Contracts submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank covering deposits of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds which have heretofore beers approved by the Court pursuant to Order No. 11304, entered on the 8th day of March 1971, have now been duly approved by the State Comptroller and by the Texas Education Agency, it is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be and is hereby designated as the official Depository of Kerr County far a two year period, for the purpose of being the depository for County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds, and it is further Ordered that the County Clerk of Kerr County record such depository pledge contracts as required by law, and that the Clerk deliver all extra copies of said contracts, together with a copy of the order to the said Chas.
