Sallee Commissioner Precinct 2 Adolph Bartel Commissioner Precinct 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 11330 TAX EXEMPTION REQUEST BY SCHHEINER IPdSTITUTE APPROVED On this the 10th day of Play 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second- ed by Come.issioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the request for continuance of exempt tax status to all lands presently owned by Schreiner Institute in Kerr County be granted for the year 1971. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NU. 11331 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNT'S On this the 10th day of May 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Cormnissioners Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 1,2 & 3> General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury, Kerr County Public Library and General Road and Bridge Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Acr,ounts allowed from page 1403 thru 1406, Voucher Nos.29000 thru 29132 , which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimous- ly approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11332 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED On this the 10th day of May 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various reports of April of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis- sioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
