N. FLUTTER On this the 10th day of Dlay, 1971, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of req~zesting the Texas Highway Department to reconvey to Josephine Reid Nutter and husband, C. N. Flutter, a strip of unused right-of-way on the south side of State High- way 27 east of Mountain Home; and it appearing to the Court that the said Josephine Reid Nutter and husband, C. N. Nutter, did donate to the State of Texas for right-of-way purposes a parcel of land comprising 3.36 acres out of Survey 1102 in the name of C. P. Smith, as is evidenced by deed dated August 3, 1947 as is of record in Volume 82, Page 444 of the Kerr County Deed Records; and it further appearing to the Court that a portion of the said 3.36 acres of land donated, comprising a strip approximately fifty feet wide and three hundred feet long, has never actually been incorporated into the right-of-way of State Highway 27 and that such strip of land has no foreseeable use for right-of-way purposes, It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and l unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby requests the Texas Highway o-ll~'V^~, Department to cause sur.h surplus strip of land to be reconveyed by the State of Texas to ~Y the original donors for the reasons herein set forth. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o F10. 11336 OY.DER DIRECTIFdG CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE NU. 20389 On this the 10th day of May 1971, came on to be examined by the Court Certificate of Cancellation, Certificate No. 20389, presented to the Court by Juanita Reeves, Tax -- Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set out in said Certificate for the cancellation of taxes are good and sufficient; it is there- fore ordered by the Court that the said certificate be granted and signed by the County Judge.
