N. Nutter, a strip of unused right-of-way on the south side of State High- way 27 east of Mountain Homie; and it appearing to the Court that the said Josephine Reid Nutter and husband, C. N. Nutter, did donate to the State of Texas for right-of-way purposes a parcel of land comprising 3.36 acres out of Survey 1102 in the name of C. P.
