ROAD 480 On this the 10th day of May, 1971 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 11,247 entered by the Court on the 14th day of December, 1970 and recorded in Vol. N, Page 189 of the Minutes of the Court; And it appearing to the Court after further consideration of the damages whim will result from the construction of the new roadway that the compensation originally offered Henry Wellborn and wife, Helen Wellborn, for the land and damages resulting from their conveyance of the required right-of-way through their property should be adjusted; It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone and un- animously approved by the Court that the said Order No. 11,247 be amended to read that Kerr County will pay Henry Wellborn and wife, Helen Wellborn, the sum of $7,500.00 as considera- tion for land and damages for theirronveyance to the State o£ Texas of the 5.158 acres of right-of-way concerned; And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
