Un this the 10th day of May 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for one wheeled type loader (no trade-in) for Kerr Country
Precinct No. 4.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M. June 14, 1971, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Notices to be published in the official newspaper of Kerr County for two consecutive
weeks.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

ed by Commissioner Sallee, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge
be authorized to advertise for bids for one two ton dump truck for Kerr County Precinct No.
One (no trade-in).
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M. June 4, 1971, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.

COURT RE-CONVENED MAY 11, 1971 at 10:20 o'clock A.M., with all members present
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

PdO. 11344 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 11th day of May 1971, in Regular Monthly Session of the Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasur-
er of said County, Łor the period beginning on the 1st day of February 1971 and ending on
the 30th day of April 1971 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court
and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is Hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the
'"~ record accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.
