Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the Quarter beginning February 1, 1971 and ending April 30, 1971 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct. Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court un- animously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference and subject to audit. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED May 11, 1971 at 10:35 o'clock A.M. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION MAY 24, 1971 at 10:00 o'clock A.N., with all members present and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 11346 ORDER CANVASSING RETURNS AND DECLARING RESJLTS OF LOCAL OPTIGN ELECTION OPd THE SUBJECT OF THE LEGAL SALE OF P-1IXED BEVERAG3:S IN C'RTAIN AREAS OF KERR COUNTY On this the 24th day of May, 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the canvass of the returns of a Local Option Election held in certain areas of Kerr County on tT-ie 18th day of May, 1971, which election was held pursuant to the provisions of Senate Bill 346, Acts of the 62nd Legislature and pursuant to Order No. 11,3?_5 entered by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County on April 26, 1y71, which order is of record in Volume N, Page 215 of the Minutes of the Court; and, The Court now convened in Special Session with all members present having found that such Loral Option Election on the subject of the Legal Sale of Mixed Beverages has been duly and properly held in those areas of Kerr County where the sale of all alcoholic beverages was legal as of P4ay 18, 1971, and that said election was conducted in ar,nord with the provisions of Senate Bill 346 and Commissioners Court Order No. 11,325, together with applicable laws of the State of Texas and that all returns of said election have been duly made by those persons designated to conduct the same, the Court does hereby declare the results of its official canvass of said returns as follows, to-wit: 1. In Justine Precinct Number One of Kerr County there were cast the following votes: "For the Legal Sale of P~ixed Beverages" 1541 votes "Against the Legal Sale of P'Iixed Beverages" 12.42 votes 2. In Justice Precinct Number Three of Kerr County there were east the following votes: "For the Legal Sale of Mixed T>everages" 59 votes "Against the Legal Sale of Mixed Beverages" 23 votes 3. Zn Justice Precinct Number Four of Kerr County, excluding that portion of said Justice Precinct which comprised former Justice --------------------------------------- Precinct Number Six of Kerr County (Ingram) on June 18, 1901, there were cast the following votes: "For the Legal Sale of Mixed Beverages" 93 votes "Against the Legal Sale of Mixed Beverages" 72 votes 4.
