The said agreement being for the relocation of telephone facilities crossing proposed location of S. H. 41 at S. H. 27. N-2, 1971-72 On this the 14th day of June 1971, came on to be considered by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, Edwards Plateau Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation No. N-2, 1971-72, issued and adopted by the Parks and Wildlife Commission of the State of Texas on the uth day of June 1971, and it being found and determined by the Court that (1) this is the first regular meeting of such Court occurring more than five (5) days after the meeting of the Parks and Wildlife Commission at which such Proclamation was adopted: (2) prior hereto, on the 5th Say of May 1971 at 8:00 o'r,lock P.M., a public hearing was held in Kerr County by an employee of the Parks and Wildlife Commission relative to propos- ed Proclamation No. N-2_, 1971-72 and (3) notices of such public hearing was given in a newspaper published in Kerr County at least ten (10) days prior to the date of such hearing, and after a reading of the terms of the said proclamation all interested parties having ,.., been given an opportunity to be held thereon, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the said Proclamation No. N-2, 1971-72 be in all things approved by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County and that said proclamation be filed, but not recorded in the minutes of this Court . o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11360 READING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES On this the 14th day of June 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 222 thru 231, Volume N. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11361 TRANSFER OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND Un this the 14th day of June 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $15,000.00 £rom the General Fund to the Officers Salary Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
