On this the 14th day of June 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, with Commissioner Bartel and Stone voting "AYE" and Commissioner
Schwethelm abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote that the pro-
visions of Order No. 11,143 be extended for an additional year, commencing June 15, 1971.

N0. 11358 ORDER TO ENTER INTO ^ONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH HILL COUNTRY TELEPHONE COOP.,
INC. AND TEXAS HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FOR UTILITY ADJUSTP'IENTS
On this the 14th day of June 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the Contractual
Agreement for Utility Adjustments with the Hill Country Telephone Coop., Inc. and the Texas
Highway Department, as submitted to the Court in the amount of X567.98. The said agreement
being for the relocation of telephone facilities crossing proposed location of S. H. 41
at S. H. 27.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N-2, 1971-72
On this the 14th day of June 19?1, came on to be considered by the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, Edwards Plateau Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation
No. N-2, 1971-72, issued and adopted by the Parks and Wildlife Commission oŁ the State of
Texas on the 4th day of June 1971, and it being found and determined by the Court that
(1) this is the first regular meeting of such Court cccurring snore than five (5) days after
the meeting of the Parks and Wildlife Commission at which such Proclamation was adopted:
(2) prior hereto, on the 5th day of May 1971 at 8:00 o'r,lock P.M., a public. hearing was
held in Kerr County by an employee of the Parks and Wildlife Commission relative to propos-
ed Proclamation No. N-2_, 1y71-72 and (3) notices of such public hearing was given in a
newspaper published in Kerr County at least ten (10) days prior to the date of such hearing,
and after a reading of the terms of the said proclamation all interested parties having
been given an ooportunity to be held thereon, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the said
Proclamation No. N-2, 1971-72 be in all things approved by the Commissioners' Court of
Kerr County and that said proclamation be filed, but not recorded in the minutes of this
Court.

On this the 14th day of June 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 222 thru 231, Volume N.

N0. 11361 TRANSFER OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
Un this the 14th day of June 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
,.... by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum oŁ $15,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.
