by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of X16,000.00 out of the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

BY THE COMPIISSIONERS' COURT OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 14th day of June 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of setting the amount of time for which the presently authorized Deputy District
Clerk of Kerr County will be compensated by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County and
after due consideration of the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, with Commissioners Schwethelm, Bartel and Stone voti.n~ "AYE" and

members present and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11364 COMP4ISSIONERS' COURT TO MEET AS BOARD OF EQUALIZATION JULY 13 and 14, 1971
On this the 22nd day of June 1971, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of the Commissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Equalization, and it appearing to
the Court that the same is a necessity; therefore on motion made by Commissioner Bartel,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, it was unanimously approved that the Commissioners' Court
convene on July 13 and 14, 1971, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 4:00 o'clock
P.PY. and that proper notices be published and also notices be mailed to those property
owners whose valuations the Court proposes to change.

N0. 11365 APPROVAL OP' PLAT OF "BEAR CREEK RAPdCH ESTATES"
On this the 22nd day of June 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of "Bear Creek
Ranch Estates", subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be
assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.
