N0. 11366 APPROVAL CF PAYMENT OF HISTORICAL MARKER FOR MEMORIAL FOUNTAIN
On this the 29th day of June 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the payment of '$400.00 payable out
of the General Fund for the Historical Marker for the Memorial Fountain, check to be made
payable to "The Texas Historical Foundation".

DTO. 11367 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of July 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers
Salary, Kerr County Public Library, Jury, County Law Library and Lateral Road 2, 3 and 4
Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts allowed from page 1418 thru 1421 , Voucher
Nos. 29550 thru 29687 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11368 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECIPTCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 12th day of July 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of June of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Couimis-
sinner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and
" filed with the County Clerk	for future reference and subject to	audit.
