claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and ar,eounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers
Salary, Kerr County Public Library, Jury, County Law Library and Lateral Road 2, 3 and 4
Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts allowed from page 1418 thru 1421 , Voucher
PTo s. 29550 thru 29687 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 12th day of July 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of June of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and
filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

On tY:is the 12th day of Ju7.y 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1971 and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of 52189.15•
Also quarterly Report of r'ines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received
and collected in the County Ccurt by the Clerk of said L`ourt, in the amount of $2242.00.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved said report: as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

PIO. 11370 APPROVAL OF CCUTdTY CLERK'S SEPTI-ANNUAL REPORT OId 11^RUST FUND AND FITTES
On this the 12th day of July 1.971, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disburser.~ents of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in
her o£fic.ial capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in
her hands for the period from January 1, 1971, leaving a balance of X2189.15 on deposit in
said Trust Fund, for the period ending June 30, 1971.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court.

N0. 11371 ACCEPTANCE OF 1970 AUDIT AND PAYMETTT CF SAME
On tYis the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the audit of the Kerr
County Records for 1970 as made by the firm of Pressler, Thompson and Company be accepted
and that their claim in the amount of $3,639.67 for their services be paid and that the
County Clerk and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund for
payment of same.

On this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Mrs. Barbara
B. Behrens, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector be confirmed, effective as of May 14, 1971 .
