N0. 11369 APPROVAL OP COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FIP?ES
On this the 12th day of July 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1971 and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of 52189.15.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received
and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2242.00.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court r-.
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

On this the 12th day of July 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in
her official capanity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in
her hands for the period from January 1, 1971, leaving a balance of 52189.15 on deposit in
said Trust Fund, for the period ending June 30, 1971.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court.

T'0. 11371 ACCEPTANCE OF 1970 AUDIT AND PAYMEP?T OF SAME
On tY_is the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the audit of the Kerr
County Records for 1970 as made by the firm of Pressler, Thompson and Company be accepted
and that their claim in the amount of 53,639.b7 for their services be paid and that the
County Clerk and County Treasurer be authorized to dray a voucher on the General Fund for
payment of same.

On this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Mrs. Barbara
B. Behrens, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector be confirmed, effective as of May 14, 1971 .
