On this the 12th day of July 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the i~uarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1971 and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of X2189.15.
Also quarterly Report of fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received
and collected in the County Court by tY:e Clerk of said Court, in the amount of X2242.00.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 11370 APPROVAL OF CCUIdTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT OId 1^RUST FUND AND FIVES
On this the 12th day of July 1971, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursec~ents of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of nollections and deposits and disbursements by her in
her official capar,ity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in
her hands for the period from January 1, 1971, leaving a balance of X2189.15 on deposit in
said Trust Fund, for the period ending June 30, 1971.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court.

I'0. 11371 ACCEPTANCE OF 1970 AUDIT AND PAYME2IT OF SAME I
On tY_is the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the audit of the Kerr
County Records for 1970 as made by the firm of Pressler, Thompson and Company be accepted
and that their claim in the amount of n3,639.67 for their services be paid and that the
County Clerk and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund for
payment of same.

On this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of N1rs. Barbara
B. Behrens, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector be confirmed, effective as of May 14, 1971 .

N0. 11373 ORDER APPROVING APPLICATION OF JUASIITA REEVES, TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR, FOR
AUTHORITY TO DEPUTIZE DORIS ISENBERG AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 12th day of July 1971, came an to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize
Doris Isenberg as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said

officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore
- on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimous-
ly approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Doris Isenberg as Deputy Tax
Assessor-Collector and that her salary be set at $4365.00 per annum, effective the date
of her qualification, the same being the 13th day of July 1971.

by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the employment of Egon
Tatsch, Courthouse Custodian, be terminated as of June 30, 1971.

N0. 11375 EMPLOYMENT OF ROBERT DALE VARNER AS COURTHOUSE CUSTODIAN
On this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that Robert Dale Varner be employed
as Courthouse custodian, at a salary of $4,160.00 per annum, effective June 29, 1971.

DTO. 11376 REVISED COMPENSA`~I02T FOR DISTRICT COURT REPORTER FOR THE lyBTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the revised compensation
for the Official Court Reporter for the 1.98th Judicial District be fixed at $3,809.84 per
annum, effective as of July 1, 1971.

N0. 11377 REVISED COMPENSATION FOR DISTRICT COURT REPORTER FOR THE SECOND 38TH JUDICIAL
DISTRICT
On this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the revised compensation for
the Official Court Reporter for the Second 38th Judicial District be fixed at $3539.12
per annum, effective as of July 1, 1971.

N0. 11378 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1971
On this the 12th day of July 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the appoint-
went of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for eanh of the nineteen
precincts of Kerr County and the absentee box at the Courthouse, as shown on Fages 22-28,
Inc., Volume 2, Reno rd of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas,
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court, that said officers be appointed for the year 1971 and made a part
hereof.

N0. 11379 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RAINBOW LAKE
On this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Rainbow Lake, provided
in so doing Kerr County does not acnept as County roadways the road easements dedicated for
,.., public, use and further that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for repair, mainten-
ance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated, ex^ept for that portion of
roadway whinh has been heretofore conveyed to Kerr County.
