went of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen
precincts of Kerr County and the absentee box at the Courthouse, as shown on Pages 22-28,
Inc., Volume 2, Reno rd of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas,
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court, that said officers be appointed for the year 1971 and made a part
hereof.

N0. 11379 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RAINBOW LAKE
On this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Store, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Rainbow Lake, provided
in so doing Kerr County does not acnept as County roadways the road easements dedicated for
public, use and further that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for repair, mainten-
ance, nonstruction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated, exnept for that portion of
roadway which has been heretofore conveyed to Kerr County.
