Tatsch, Courthouse Custodian, be terminated as of June 30, 1971.

N0. 11375 EMPLOYMENT OF ROBERT DALE VARNER AS COURTHOUSE CUSTODIAN
On this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that Robert Dale Varner be employed
as Courthouse custodian, at a salary of $4,160.00 per annum, effective June 29, 1971.

Un this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the revised compensation
for the Official Court Reporter for the 198th Judicial District be fixed at $3,809.84 per
annum, effective as of July 1, 1971.

N0. 11377 REVISED COMPENSATION FOR DISTRICT COURT REPORTER FOR THE SECOND 38TH JUDICIAL
DISTRICT
On this the 12th day of July 1.971, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the revised compensation for
the Official Court Reporter for the Second 38th Judicial District be fixed at $3539.12
per annum, effective as of July 1, 1971.

N0. 11378 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1971
On this the 12th day of July 1971, came on to be considered by the Court the appoint-
ment of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen
precincts of Kerr County and the absentee box at the Courthouse, as shown on Pages 22-28,
Inc., Volume 2, Reno rd of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas,
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court, that said officers be appointed for the year 1971 and made a part
hereof.

N0. 11379 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RAINBOW LAKE
On this the 12th day of July 1971, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Rainbow Lake, provided
in so doing Kerr County does not accept as County roadways the road easements dedicated for
publin use and further that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for repair, mainten-
ance, nonstruction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated, exnept for that portion of
roadway whinh has been heretofore conveyed to Kerr County.
